Hi. =D

We welcomed the Sec 1s to band today. Had sectionals as per normal until about 3.15, then Gillian announced our buddies(for the sec 3s and some sec 2s) and our groupings. yep. Groups. I thought it was going to be horrible cos I don't know many people outside of Percussion Section, so I was totally dreading it. But it turned out to be fun.
First Game: Mummy.

Not surprisingly, I was the mummy and had to be wrapped up in toilet paper from head to toe. Of course, I was forced to do it. But it was kinda fun, I guess to be walking around like a mummy and well, dressed like one. There were a total of 4 sec 1s in my group..Thankfully, there weren't any AP ones. Because I tell you, the sec 1s this year... Some of them are seriously irritating.
No offence. But when we had our Leaders Of Character workshop during TOP period, we were making a lot of noise cos we were playing this game right outside the classroom block. Anyway, I think some people were having tests. And you know what some sec 1s did? They yelled, "Shuttup lah, damnit!"

I mean, seriously. Sec ONES. Some of them need to really learn how to RESPECT people. I admit we were noisy lah, but were we supposed to know that people were having tests?? They could have said it nicely.

Woops I'm digressing. Anyway the only sec 2s were Claire and me, and got about 6 other people who were either sec 3 or sec 4, and I don't know one of the names! So I won't put any, cos, well, yeah.

Second game was Antartica. There was this pail filled with flour, chilli, ice, egg and two fishballs. And you had to find the fishballs. Good thing I was the mummy so I didn't have to stick my hand in there.

Third game was Spelling.
A few people from each group had to spell Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. And I was the mummy so I couldnt be the spelling person.. So I didnt know what they were doing.

Fourth and final game: We Rock.
There was a pail filled with water and black paint and rocks. You had to find the rock which had the name of the leader of your group on it, which in our case, was Alicia.
Sadly, our group did not win, but Wanning's group did. I think it was Group 8. But I hope to be remembered for my contribution, which is to be the mummy (although non-voluntarily). =DDDD.

To my three other besties (you know who you are), please note that I wanna go out with you guys during the CNY holidays.. Cos that's like, the only time we're all free!!! I can't make it on Tue, 2oth though. I'm probably going to Stephy's house to celebrate CNY! =DDDDDD.

Nothing much has happened before today. We had Science test yesterday, which was fairly difficult in some areas but also fairly easy. Then tomorrow we have English Summary Writing Test, which I better pass, cos my teacher told us that only 3 of us passed our Compre test, which I think was last week.... But we don't know who the 3 are, cos we only get our papers back next week. One thing's for sure, though:I'm not one of the 3. I'm not very good at Comprehension.

Went out with Jac last Saturday!
Had loads of fun. I'm telling you, Zb and Pat, you missed out on a LOT. A LOT. XD!
We took 518 to Suntec, and there was a guy in front of us singing. Lols. After buying ice cream, we went to HMV, and I found out that McFly costs $61!! Crazy or what? Well, the guy at the counter explained to us that it was imported directly from UK or something like that, hence the unreasonable price for one mere CD. But one very NICE CD, though. So in the end I didn't buy anything, and Jac bought the Step Up Soundtrack.

Then we went to look for Times cos I needed to buy an eraser and my Literature guidebook. We consulted the Mall Directory, like, 10 times or so, and we realized that Times was CLOSED DOWN!!! Gawd. I was about to pull my hair out cos we walked a lot just to find that stupid bookstore, but then again, I was wearing a scarf, so obviously I couldn't. Pull my hair out, I mean. Oh and that day I wore a jacket out for the first time ever. As in, not sweater, you know, but jacket. Yeah.

After the whole Times-is-closed-down issue, I got pissed off, so we just walked around and then went to Popcorn Pop! or something like that. They sell all this movie merchandise there, and they even have Harry Potter wands!!! Jac wanted to buy this small LOTR ring keychain, with red engravings on it, but it cost $12, so we thought better of it and instead bought calendar cards with our fave characters on them. She bought Snape and Draco, while I bought Harry, Anakin Skywalker and Iceman. =DD

Then we went to the arcade and played Jurassic Park and I'm so sorry Jac, but I kept dying and taking your money so that I continue in the game instead of leaving you alone there. With the dinosaurs. Then we played a racing game, and DanceDanceRevolution, which I think we both knew that we sucked at. HAHAHAHA. I always knew I couldn't dance anyway lah.

Oh btw, to my three besties, if all goes well and no one is busy, could we go out on 17th to Vivo? IN the morn? Then on 19th we go sing karaoke! Cos 18th is like, a break. In case you guys get sick of seeing me or something. Unless you don't want the break? =D
