We had leaders' invest today! Haha and I suppose you know how I felt before I went on stage without needing to ask. But anyway it turned out okay, just that a lot of people say that it wasn't as grand as last year's invest, so... And this year they invited leaders from other schools, too. Haha obviously, being a girls' school, some of us reacted rather typically. Which, um, you should know would be what kind of behaviour.
Hmm, I'm in a very reflective mood today.
NBC is tomorrow! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
I'm really excited and all. And slightly nervous. And I'm definitely going to practise my strokes before I sleep. Yayness!
Haha we had an extra band prac today, which was rather exciting, because the entire school experienced a blackout at around 4 plus. Exciting, but chaotic. And I never knew my junior had such a great phobia of the dark! Poor Priscilla, she had to be brought out of the bandroom, too.
I wonder how the other band members are feeling. Last year's SYF, I couldn't sleep. But this year's NBC happened to fall on the day after Leaders' Invest, and we did have band prac, so you could say the bed was sort of calling me.
I do believe we're gonna get that Gold. And I know many of us have worked so hard for this, that Gold's just got to happen! :D Haha we shouldn't worry so much lah, just do our best and we can do it, sure one! :D We just need to have more confidence in ourselves.
Okay, I'm off to do stuff!
