Sometimes I absolutely love Singapore.
Like today, for example. I went to Malaysia for an 11-hour trip with my parents, my brother and my sister-in-law, and when we passed the Malaysian checkpoint and I saw the outline of Singapore, I thought, "I'm home." Things in Malaysia are just.. different. And it's at times like these that I feel a rush of love for home in my country.
BUT! The other day I boarded the bus and sat on the top deck next to this guy in his 30s or 40s. AND HE REALLY PISSED ME OFF. He took up a lot of space in the seat, leaving not much for me to sit. And he was reading a book, so he rested the book in front of him and let his arm take up some more of my space as well. Anyway, I hadn't really minded at that point, because I'm sort of used to it. BUT THEN! I was trying to sleep but not really managing to, so I was aware of myself. And then he used his right arm to sort of push me away! Like, wth. I mean, he already took up my space, and now he wants to PUSH ME AWAY? Like, you think it's your bus or what? ISSIT? >=( >=(
I watched Hannah Montana The Movie with Sherilyn and Charlene. It was pretty good! :D Taylor Swift was in it! :D Some parts were extremely hilarious, and when she sang the song The Climb I sort of felt goosebumps. It really touched and inspired me. Because right now, I'm climbing a really, really steep mountain. Sigh.
We had quite a lot of fun after the movie, though. xD
