Yum apple donuts yum.
I LOVE MCFLY AND DAVID AND THE HARRY POTTER BOOKS AND I'M NOT AFRAID TO SAY IT.
Lately I've been rather content and positive (which is rare) and generally excited about life.
Sometimes I'm weird and retarded and I don't know what I'm saying/doing.
In the words of Harry (Judd, not Potter) - I want to kiss you all...

My luck must have run out today. Probably because I used it all yesterday, hmm.
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY HARRY AND JO! :D :D :D :D :D :D In honour of both of you, I became Hermione for a day. xD
My school had Express Yourself Day yesterday, and for me, it was a great success this year compared to last year. YAY! =D Each class has a theme, and for mine it was TV and movie characters. I came as Hermione (:D) after managing to get my entire outfit ready extremely last minute. I'd only gotten my white blouse and skirt the day before, and even then, I almost hadn't gone to Alena's house to look at her stuff to see what I could borrow, because I'd wanted to go home and study. I'm telling you, I was amazingly, superbly lucky: Alena's sister just happened to have the perfect skirt, her mum just happened to have the perfect white blouse and shoes, my sister just happened to have a long pair of grey socks, and the VS tie just happens to have gold stripes on it (plus Ziyad just happened to have stepped down two days ago). I wasn't counting on so many of this stuff to happen, but it did, and all I can say is THANK GOD. Thank you, God!
Anyway, I had a blast being Hermione yesterday, though I wish I were as smart as her. ): But it was fun; quite a number of people thought I was a Japanese schoolgirl, but quite a few thought it was very authentic and asked me whether I had rented the clothes. HEHHHH. And for once, my big, bushy hair actually helped. xD But I was so depressed when I had to take off the clothes when I got home! ))))): Cos, you know, I only get to do this once.
Sharanya dressed up as Snape! xD YAY for Sharanya, and happy belated birthday to her, too! I'm jealous; she has the same birthday as Harry and Jo! Dx When Mr Kang walked in for temperature-taking at the start of the day, this was how the conversation went:
Mr Kang: So, anyone dressed up as Harry Potter characters today? Stephanie: We have a Hermione Granger and a Severus Snape! Ivy: Hermione? Who's Hermione? Stephanie: There! *points at me* The whole class turns and stares.
.. I felt like Em in Chapter 3. It was kind of nice, but it was really scary.
I hope none of my classmates read this. Hm. I don't think they will, anyway.
I went to Tampines Library to study with Jac today.
I'll probably remember today's library experience as much as I remember my birthday.
Two girls aged six and four came up to us and shared our table. They asked for paper to draw on, so I gave them some. Then this happened, like, three times in total (or was it more?) plus they borrowed Jac's and my stationery. This wasn't so bad, really, until it got sort of out of hand. The librarian tried to help us by moving us to another table, but the girls followed us. xD They were cute and funny and all, but when your Prelims are in TEN DAYS, there's no time to waste; I'm starting to get panicky because I have loads more to memorise. Dx Jac even ended up bringing the smaller girl to the toilet twice, and the older girl was getting on my nerves slightly cos she wasn't really looking after her little sister better - the smaller girl fell down and scraped her elbow while running after her sister, who wouldn't take her to the toilet when she needed to pee.
But honestly, where were the parents?! When the librarian asked them where her mum was, at first the older girl said she didn't have a mum, and I was like O.O. But then later on when asked again she said her parents were at home. If the two of them had come to the library alone and without assistance... How could their parents let them run off like that? Even if they live nearby, they could have gotten knocked down by a car while getting there or something, and then the parents would learn to appreciate and to take better care of them. They're just small kids; they aren't even in primary school yet, so whatever trouble they caused today doesn't really bother me that much, but seriously.. I hope their parents do something. I don't want anything bad to happen to them.
