A-ha! And so my short hiatus is over. xD
In a span on three days I already feel like I’ve accomplished much, in an OLevels-are-over-so-it’s-time-to-enjoy-myself-immensely kind of way. :D
Friday - Watched a movie and went somewhat-shopping at Ion Orchard, Takashimaya, and HMV.
Saturday - Robinson’s Sale at Expo with my family.
Today – Went over to Jac’s house and played a murder-mystery computer game with her.
The coming week is gonna be pretty packed with things to do, starting with tomorrow’s plan of clearing the mess of worksheets and books on my bed. It may sound kind of weird, but I’m excited about this! xD I can’t wait to clean it up and see the end result. :D :D :D
And and and I bought lots of things in a span of two days! A CD, a book, a necklace and earrings, a pair of shoes, and some other stuff which I’m not mentioning here.
Jac mentioned the fact that I’m going to be seventeen soon. D: It feels weird and old and odd to be 17. But Amirah’s turning seventeen even sooner than I am, and I think I’m gonna start preparing her present soon. :D
It feels so good to know that I’ll be able to read and write freely. Ironically, it’s hard for me to express into words how I feel every time I think about the fact that hey, I can pick up my pen and paper and start writing right now if I want, and no one’s gonna stop me, or how I can grab whatever book I’m currently reading, plonk down onto a chair or my bed, and start reading for a few uninterrupted hours. I just feel so content and happy and at ease, you know what I mean?
And that’s exactly what I’m off to do now. xD
